What is bioAge science?

How do we determine your biological age and why does it matter? We follow a 4-step process:
1) BioAge analysis

BioAge analysis in Longevity involves two tests:

Functional fitness assessment

Using our advanced electromagnetic fitness machines and A.I. cameras, we gather data on your muscular strength, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility and metabolism.

Your data is then compared against a database of over 1 million people to provide you with an accurate functional fitness age.

Additionally, we provide you with a personalised exercise plan to help you lower your functional bioAge with the aim of eventually bringing it below your chronological age.


DNA/epigenetics test

From a simple mouth swab, our bioinformatics and science teams can identify the genes and biomarkers that correlate to cellular ageing. This allows you to see a true
representation of how your diet, lifestyle, and environment has been affecting you at a cellular and genetic level, as well as the current state of your internal health.

We can also accurately identify and calculate your eye, hearing, and memory ages.

All your results are sent directly to your phone where you can access them in an easy-to-use app. The app displays interactive charts and advice, plus our team of Longevity coaches are on hand to answer your questions and offer you support.

This biological age test is scientifically proven and is more accurate than the functional test in determining your bioAge. This test enables us to offer you highly personalised advice. 2) Cellular health

Cellular health depends on getting our omega 3s & 6s in balance. We should all have a ratio of 1:3 – that’s one omega-3 to three omega-6s.

Maintaining a proper balance of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids is essential for your overall health and wellbeing.

These polyunsaturated fats play an important role in supporting brain function, reducing inflammation, and promoting heart health. Our bodies cannot produce these essential nutrients on their own, so they must be obtained through diet.

To discover your omega-3 ratios, we start with a ‘balance test’. Once we have the result, we can do something about it either by tweaking your nutrition or by adding omega-3 supplements to your diet.


3) Gut health

Gut health is now scientifically proven to be the single biggest indicator of the overall health of our body both physically and cognitively.

All our assessments are carried out in The Longevity studio. This is also home to our specialised exercise circuit using advanced electromagnetic resistance machines.
