Here at Longevity, we appreciate life's simple pleasures, including the occasional glass of wine. Yet, we are firm advocates of keeping up to date with the global leading research on ageing and implementing the power of conscious lifestyle decisions to slow down, and potentially even reverse, the ageing process.

We always start with full Longevity Age Assessment to identify personalised coaching and lifestyle changes for you to take action from.
We provide coaching remotely via our app or you can become a member of one of our Longevity Lounges which are used as a gym for you to use our advanced machines several times a week. Unlike most gyms we don’t prescribe a non-personal exercise programme. We look at you from the inside out and provide hyper personalised programmes.
To function properly, especially during our older years, it’s not about how many kilos you can ‘bench’ or the number of burpees you can do, it’s about being fit and healthy on the inside and that’s about our gut and cellular health; our functional fitness age and our metabolic age – put all these things together and we call this our Longevity Age.
